LEADERS SOLUTIONS (RLS)
We
began our journey with a simple philosophy - a person equipped with the right
knowledge and positive thinking will discover that lying in each of us is a
vast wealth of human potentials that could be harnessed into exceptional
abilities ~ abilities that would make the difference in achieving success in
life which is LEADERSHIP.
RLS
was established in 2009. It is a training company registered with the Companies
Commission of Malaysia and Ministry of Finance Malaysia. RLS objective is to
become the leading provider of soft skills and leadership skills specifically
catered for undergraduates.
Trainers
Trainers are the founders of Real Leaders Solutions (RLS), the husband and wife team of Amirul Iskandar Mannan and Elin Arjuna Mohd Arip.
They have more than 11 years of experience in training in the country and overseas. Amirul has a degree in electrical engineering from Queens' University of Canada, while Elin has a degree in accounting from the University of Malaya.
They both worked with various organizations and both had served in TM. In addition, they also were hailed as successful entrepreneurs in Sydney Australia in 2005 when they were recognized for excellence in their business. They are trainers and motivators who have trained students and entrepreneurs in Malaysia, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
Amirul & Elin are also the founders of the largest
annual undergraduate conference in Malaysia, the REAL Undergraduate Conference (RUC) which was conducted in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. They are also the author of the book, "Passion2Income ~ Turn Your Passion into Income" (ISBN 978-983-44688-04).
Today, Amirul & Elin have trained more than 10,000 students from all
walks of life! Their seminars and training's have been very impactful and the
feedback from participants has been very positive and powerful.

Methodology:
Interactive, group work, role playing and video use.
All participants will be provided with a folder
and training materials. Certificate of completion will be
